Mark Earls, aka the Herdmeister, knows advertising and communications inside out, having worked as an account planner - at agencies like St Luke's, BMP and latterly Ogilvy. He’s literally written the book on changing group behaviour, likes to question lazy thinking and has been referred to as “Account Planning's Christopher Hitchens”.
